Escape from life’s busy schedule with some well deserved relaxation and a little adventure. This package combines a luxurious 2 night stay at the Riverdance Lodge with a 4.5 hr. world-class rafting experience provided by Osprey Rafting.
All rafting trips include wetsuits, booties, paddles, life-jackets and splash jackets. Transportation to and from the rafting trip is also included. After receiving instructions on river safety and paddling techniques your experienced rafting guide will take you down 16 miles of the Wenatchee River, beginning in the pines of Leavenworth and ending near the sunny orchards of Cashmere. You will get the full rafting experience through some of North Central Washington’s most legendary rapids. Over the course of your journey you may encounter a variety of bird nests that includes ‘water ouzel’s’ and osprey’s.
When you arrive in Cashmere you will disembark on Osprey’s private Park-Beach “Huck’s Hangout” where a delicious BBQ awaits- featuring their famous "Build a Burger" station, which includes a tasty 1/3 lb. sirloin patty with all the trimmings, baked beans, potato salad, local seasonal cherries, and S'mores for dessert. (Special dietary needs can also be accommodated- please let us know in advance). There will be time to change into dry clothes and enjoy watching an action pack slideshow of your trip. Photographs of your trip will also be available so you can take the memories with you.
When your rafting adventure is over you will head back to relax at Riverdance Lodge, one of the most desirable vacation lodges in the N.W. You will feel pampered the moment you arrive at Riverdance. The Lodge, less than 2 miles from Leavenworth, was built in 2006 and designed for the perfect family or small group vacation/getaway retreat. You will have the entire Lodge to yourself and can enjoy the quiet tranquility of its setting. The interior is beautifully decorated with all the amenities of a great northwest mountain lodge. From the Chef’s kitchen, to the Home Theater to the Outdoor Hot Tub and Sauna, Riverdance will delight the most discriminating guest.
