Meadowdance Chalet is all about having fun and relaxing at the same time. Our guests are our family and we do our utmost to insure your comfort and privacy. When you arrive at Meadowdance the key will be in the door, the lights are on and the music is playing. Call it home and start a great stay.
We are family owned and we like to welcome our guests. Either Jeanie or I will stop by to say hi and show you how the Chalet operates.
Here are a few things that you should know about Meadowdance Chalet:
- A 3- night minimum is required for the month of December and on all 3-day holidays.
- All other weekends are 2-night minimum, except for last minute reservations, which can be made for 1 night if available.
- Check In: 3:00pm Check Out: 11:00am
- Please respect the neighborhood quiet after dusk.
- A credit card on file is required for all reservations.
- Full Payment is due when reservations are made unless other arrangements are made.
- Payments can be made cash, check, or we will bill the credit card on file.
- We are a no pets or smoking indoors facility.
Cancellations are difficult for everyone. Because we rent to 1 guest at a time, all cancelations made within a 21 day period will incur a 75.00 fee. Cancellations made within 2 weeks prior to the stay will be refunded [less 75.00 fee] only if replacement reservations are made.
